This article elaborates a phenomenological approach to Torres Blancas, residential building in Madrid designed by Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oíza, between 1961 and 1964, built 1964 1968. By reviewing primary bibliographic sources archives (including specialized periodical publications iconography), as well the elaboration of interviews situ analysis, this research reveals process marked continuous changes, influenced Oíza’s workflow, his academic experience, above all readings reflections on field Phenomenology.
